Return & Refund Policy

At VARRA, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right, you may request a return under the terms below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery;
  • the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition;
  • the item must include original tags, packaging, and all parts or accessories, if applicable;
  • the item must not show signs of damage caused by use, improper handling, washing, or wear after delivery;
  • if the item arrived damaged or defective, this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, with clear photo evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Returns are not free.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened, worn, used, or altered.

We may also refuse returns for items that:

  • are returned incomplete;
  • are returned damaged for reasons not caused by us;
  • show visible signs of wear or use;
  • are returned without prior approval where approval is required under this policy.

4. How to Request a Return

Your email must include:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • the email address used for the order
  • the reason for the return
  • clear photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send your return to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and, if applicable, the return address.

5. Return Approval

A return must be requested and approved before the item is sent back.

If you send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions, we may be unable to process the return correctly.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item for processing. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@varrawear.com as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact help@varrawear.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

9. Chargebacks and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or other requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy manipulation, excessive return activity, or bad-faith conduct.
