  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 1 business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After processing, delivery takes approximately:

6–12 business days (USA)

3. Shipping Costs

Free U.S. Shipping on all orders

There is no minimum order value required.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided, this may result in delays or failed delivery. VARRA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, VARRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
